Governess / Early Years Nanny – Kuwait – ASAP Start

A warm and welcoming private family based in Kuwait is seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing Governess / Nanny to support the care and development of their 2-year-old son on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny or governess with a strong early years background who is passionate about child development and able to create a structured, stimulating, and loving environment. The role combines educational support with hands-on childcare and would suit someone engaging, proactive, and highly experienced with toddlers.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing full care and supervision for a 2-year-old child
• Supporting early learning and developmental milestones
• Introducing and developing English language skills through play and daily interaction
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate educational activities
• Encouraging emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Assisting with routines, structure, and healthy habits
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and stimulating environment
• Communicating regularly with the parents regarding progress and development

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Governess, Nanny, or Early Years Educator
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development
• Fluent English speaker
• Warm, patient, energetic, and child-focused approach
• Professional, discreet, and well presented
• Confident working independently and taking initiative
• Open to candidates applying internationally
• European candidates preferred due to easier travel, although all nationalities will be considered

Employment Details
Location: Kuwait
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5 days per week, 7–8 hours per day
Accommodation: Live-in or live-out available depending on candidate preference
Meals: Provided by the family

Package
• Salary: €5,000 – €8,000 net per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Visa sponsorship provided
