Qualified Maternity Nurse / Baby Nanny required for Newborn – Kuwait – Private VVIP Family

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Start Date: September 2026 (exact date TBC)

Contract Length: Ideally 1.5–2 years, although potentially shorter for the right candidate.

Accommodation: Live-out role. The family will assist with sourcing and/or providing accommodation for a relocating candidate.

Working Schedule:

• 12-hour working days
• 6 days per week
• 1 day off weekly

Salary:
Excellent market-rate package for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
A prestigious private VVIP family is seeking a highly qualified female Registered Nurse to provide specialist newborn care and support to the mother during the baby’s first stage of life.

Duties:

• Full newborn support alongside the mother
• Guidance from birth through the first year
• Monitoring wellbeing, feeding, sleep and routines
• Support with any illnesses or complications if required
• Maintaining the highest professional childcare and hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified Registered Nurse
• Strong newborn / infant experience essential
• Experience from first days of life through to 1 year preferred
• Previous UHNW / VVIP household experience highly desirable
• Discreet, polished and professional at all times
• Flexible and adaptable
• International candidates welcomed
• Visa sponsorship available as required
