A UHNW family based in Istanbul is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for their 17-month-old son. The family maintains a fully staffed household, and the nanny’s sole responsibility will be the child’s well-being, development, and daily care.

Role Overview

• Primary care for a 17-month-old boy

• No household duties—no cooking, cleaning, or driving required

• Sole focus on nurturing and engaging with the child through age-appropriate activities, play, and routines

• Must be willing to travel internationally with the family (~4 months per year)

• Live-in preferred; live-out considered for exceptional candidates

• Private bedroom and bathroom provided

• All meals and travel expenses fully covered

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years’ professional nanny experience

• Must have worked with at least two Ultra High Net Worth families

• Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills

• Confident, warm, discreet, and highly reliable

• Experience with toddlers and knowledge of early childhood development

• Flexible and comfortable working in a home with parents present

• EU, US, or UK passport required

Schedule & Compensation

• 72 hours/week preferred; 40 hours/week considered for the right candidate

• $40 USD/hour (equivalent to approx. $150,000 USD annually for 72h/week)

• 5 paid vacation days and 3 paid sick days per year

• Immediate start date
